One of the things about all small communities is that there's a surprising amount going on.
To support our community we've developed a service which will allow any community group, business or organisation to easily spread news about their activities.
We hope that it will particularly help people new to the area (whether living or working here) to see what's going on - and most importantly get them involved.
The service sends news messages to subscribers by SMS (text messaging) and at the same time publishes it on Twitter (after all, not everyone will want text messages).
